Since its release from the Paris Conservatory (2003), the Modigliani Quartet has attracted the attention of critics by winning the Eindhoven competition (2004), followed in 2006 by the "Young Concert Artists Auditions" in New York. Certainties that have directed the four artists towards an even more severe work under the guidance of the Ysaÿe Quartet, Levin, Kurtag and Quartetto Artemis. Today the French formation is a regular guest of the most prestigious halls and seasons in the world and continues to devote itself to chamber music even in different formations, collaborating with musicians such as Nicholas Angelich, Sabine Meyer, Beatrice Rana and Renaud Capuçon.
In this season, the most important events will be performances in collaboration with Christian Zacharias in Evian, a first tour in Europe with Schubert's Octet, together with Sabine Meyer and a presence in Italy with the Korean pianist Yeol Eum Son. Her crystal clear touch and versatile and thrilling performances have captured the attention of audiences around the world. Praised for her widely eclectic concert repertoire, ranging from Bach, all Mozart, Old German and Russian Romantic to Gershwin and Ligeti, Yeol Eum, after the successes at the Čajkovskij competition in 2011 and at the Van Cliburn in 2009, has collaborated with important ensembles all over the world in Berlin, Dresden, Seoul, St. Petersburg, Moscow, recently conducted by Valery Gergiev.
